The Monday Life
I rarely ask Tumblr to aid in my fundraising endeavors, but I’m asking today. I recently took a challenge to fundraise $250 for a nonprofit near and dear to me, The Monday Life. The Monday Life focuses on making children’s hospitals better environments for healing. This nonprofit started at Duke Children’s Hospital, the very same hospital I was treated at after a car accident that, to put it lightly, could have ended in a totally different way had it not been for the doctors at Duke. Joey and Chris, the founders of the Monday Life, are two guys I went to high school with, so when I found out about this project, I’ve been behind it 150% ever since. Currently, I’ve raised $155 of my $250 goal. I hope you find it in your hearts to help me on this endeavor: donate, just share this info, anything- every little bit of good will counts, and who doesn’t love a little bit of good karma on a Monday?
